Question:
How did the need for management of the cabins from the reception arise?
Answer:
With the desire for an overview from the reception, to see if the cabin was cleaned, as well as the desire to be resource-conscious in relation to the use of electricity.
Question:
How has the solution from frogblue helped you in your day-to-day work?
Answer:
The solution has, to a certain extent, freed up personnel resources, as we no longer need to go physically to the cabin, for turn on the electricity when the guest arrive. At the same time, the solution has given us the overview regarding whether the cabin is cleaned, or someone have forgot to turn off the electricity in an empty cabin.
Question:
What advantages have you gained by getting the frogblue solution installed?
Answer:
The solution has resulted in power savings, freed up staff resources and at the same time provided an overview over which cabins there are cleaning and/or rented out. This also give the guest a better experience, in the way that if they a arrive earlier then planned, we can see if the cabin is ready for the guest, and if it is, we can hand the key over to the guest immediately instead of making them wait.

How have you experienced the support and help from frogblue to find the right solution and get the installation done?
Answer:
Competent and solution-oriented where we have been involved in the entire process. We have had a particularly positive experience through this process, with really good service.
