are the heart of every frogblue system and are installed in the mounting boxes directly behind the light switches at 230 V. The frogs switch, dim, measure or accept switching commands. They form the basis of the wireless frogblue Bluetooth® network and use them to connect “virtual cables” to other frogs. They also forward messages and so extend their range. The data transfer between the frogs is encrypted (128-bit) and this in addition to Bluetooth®. Frogs are smart and do not require a central unit or control cabinet. The VDE approval guarantees that fire protection and electrical safety are maintained. Frogs are very energy efficient (0.2 W) and log the energy consumption of their connections over months.

At 81 x 81 mm, the Cubes are only as large as a light switch, fit into a mounting box and are supplied with 230 V. A room temperature, lighting and proximity sensor for alarm triggering are integrated. Two inputs can be used to query contacts or switches.
The “Smartphone on the wall” extends our system with visualization, access control, motion detection, intercom or video display. The frogblue video door intercom, frogTerminal, is based directly on the integrated universal SIP telephony standard, supporting multi-tenant scenarios up to large-scale distributed deployments. Our greatest strength lies in the ability to simultaneously integrate multiple SIP phone systems and SIP servers from multiple clients with no additional hardware required.
Additionally, frogblue enables direct SIP calls to any IP video phone. Smartphones are automatically connected to the intercom via a call through our SIP cloud.
The 8-megapixel camera with light-sensitive optics ensures a full 180° panoramic view. Even in noisy environments, speech remains crystal clear.
The Video log records both ring events as well as access via PIN or RFID. Invalid entry and unauthorised access attempts are also recorded.

The frogControl app on the smartphone, tablet and frogDisplay is the intuitive app to control the wireless smart home & building system for Android, iOS and PC.
frogblue ProjectApp is the configuration app for professionals who program our frogblue Smart Home & Building Systems. frogblue ProjectApp can be used to set the system in operation and adjust the settings.
The frogLink is our SDK (Software Development Kit).
With its USB interface it brings the frogblue Bluetooth® network in high speed to the PC or serves as a gateway to other systems, such as MOBOTIX™ cameras or higher-level building control systems.
Communication is in plain text with the names used in the frogblue project. Access can be restricted using filter functions.
Additional functions for message retrieval and room topology, which are provided by the frogLink, are available.
This way customer specific user interfaces for PC or Tablet can be easily realized. The frogLink is also used to connect to voice controls like Alexa etc.
The frogLink offers two different operating modes:

Get your own frogblue demo presenter! With its compact design, our frogblue Demo-Presenter is perfectly suited for live presentations in your own showroom or flexibly at the customer’s site. Furthermore, it is possible to borrow such a presenter for a certain time window and thus experience our Bluetooth® based Smart Building solution live. The presenters are assembled and pre-configured at our headquarters.

Innovation is our strength. In the frogblue Smart Home “one button” controls the whole house. Light, blinds and doors. And always the door in front of which the button is pressed.
For this, the transponder has been given a position and gesture sensor. When held up, it switches the light on, the blinds react downwards and when held forwards horizontally, it opens doors. With activated room detection the frogblue transponder only switches the light in the room it is currently in.
In any position, further functions can be assigned to the button by means of a button pattern (double click etc.), such as a building-wide central off, for example. All control commands are of course freely configurable.
