What are frogs?
frogs are compact Bluetooth Mesh modules that install behind conventional switches and outlets — the basis of the wireless retrofit story.
- Behind
- existing switches & outlets
- No
- new control cabling
- Mesh
- every module is a mesh node

Why frogblue
One module family, the whole building
Retrofit behind switches
frogs fit behind existing switches and outlets — no switch cabinet, no new bus cabling, no server.
Every module is a mesh node
Each frog participates in the self-healing Bluetooth Mesh, enabling local control and building-wide automation.
Switching, dimming, DALI, inputs
From relay switching to dimming, DALI lighting, contact inputs and mesh linking — one family covers the building.
The module family at a glance
Switching, dimming, DALI, contacts and more — each module fits behind existing wiring and joins the Bluetooth Mesh.
Automation Modules

Retrofit
No new cabling — fit behind what is already there
frogs install behind existing switches and outlets, so rooms retrofit in hours, not weeks. There is no control wiring to pull and no switch cabinet to build — the modules communicate over the self-healing Bluetooth Mesh.
- No new bus cabling — fit behind existing switches and outlets
- No switch cabinet, no central server
- Rooms retrofit in hours, not weeks

frogKey
Gesture and press control, straight into the mesh
frogkey-02 pairs a six-axis gyroscope with a programmable push-button, so a single fob triggers mesh scenes — point up and click to raise the blinds, press and hold to dim the lights. frogkey-rfid-2 adds an encrypted RFID transponder, combining motion control and access on one key.
- Six-axis motion plus a programmable button → mesh commands
- No controller, no gateway — commands ride the Bluetooth Mesh
- frogkey-rfid-2 adds MIFARE DESFire EV2 access on the same fob
